- Request for proposals are invited for Renovation of Venting and Cooling System, Upgrading the Central Chillers, Water Pumps, Building Automation, Hydronic Distribution and Electrical Installation The UDC is seeking suitably qualified contractors, for the execution of works. Works comprise of but not limited to renovation of venting and cooling system, upgrading the central chillers, water pumps, building automation, hydronic distribution and electrical installation, including works ae specified. A valid Tax Compliance Certificate or Tax Compliance Letter (TCCITCL) + A valid Public Procurement Commission (PPC) Registration Certificate in the category of Heating. Ventilation, ‘Air Conditioning and Refrigeration ~ Grade ‘Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm role han November 04, 2024 ‘82:00 p.m. Jamaica time (UTC 8).
